Ingredients

  • 250 gm Self raising flour
  • 125 ml Beer
  • 125 ml Lowfat milk
  • 125 ml Cool water Left over Christmas pudding Plain flour Deep fryer with oil

Directions

  1. Combine the first four ingredients to make a batter. Set aside for 20 min.
  2. Heat the deep fryer to 180C.
  3. Cut the pudding into cubes or possibly fingers, roll through the flour and then dip in the batter. deep fry till golden brown.
  4. Drain on kitchen towel and serve.
