Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 3 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lg. ripe avocado
- 1 hard cooked egg
- 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
- Pinches salt, MSG & grnd chili
- Sesame crackers
Directions
- Saute chicken livers in extra virgin olive oil till cooked. Cool livers and chop into them avocado and egg. Add in onion juice and pinches. Serve on crackers.
