Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. dark syrup
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 T butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. pecans
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 pie shells
Directions
- Beat large eggs, add in sugar, flour, salt; beat again. Heat chocolate and butter; add in to egg mix. Add in syrup and vanilla; beat again. Pour into pie shells. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and cook 35 min.
