Ingredients
- 1 (12.3 ounce) box Crispix cereal or possibly Rice or possibly Corn Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 c. mixed nuts
- 1 c. sm. pretzels, broken into sm. pcs
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 pound white chocolate chips
Directions
- Put together cereal, nuts, pretzels and raisins in a large bowl. Heat the chocolate chips in microwave oven or possibly in a double boiler. Cook only till melted. Don't over cook. Pour chocolate over above ingredients and mix till coated. Pour onto 2 cookie sheets which have been covered with wax paper. Spread evenly. Place in freezer till solid, approximately 15 min. Remove from freezer and break by hand into small chunks.NOTE: The ingredients may be altered by adding more or possibly less for personal preference.
