Directions

  1. Crush cookies, mix with butter and pat into 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans. Soften the ice cream and spread on top of cookie mix. Freeze. Combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk, butter, and chocolate. Cook 15 to 20 min till partially thick. Cold. Spread over ice cream, freeze. Whip the whipped cream; spread over chocolate and sprinkle with almonds (if you like). Keep frzn.
