Ingredients
- 2 Packages Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough (20 ounce. tubes)
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
Directions
- Soften 1 roll of cookie dough and spread in a 9" x 13" baking pan. Bake 10 min. Cold slightly. Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar and egg. Spread over cooled cookie layer. Cut remaining cookie roll into 1/2" to 3/4" slices and place over cream cheese. Bake for 35 min. Cold and chill. Cut into 1" x 2" bars.
