Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon curry pwdr
Directions
- Mix dressing ingredients in large bowl. Add in first four salad ingredients and mix well. When ready to serve, add in noodles and lettuce and toss. Serve on lettuce. Does not keep well. Noodles get soft. Serves 6 to 8 people.
