Ingredients
- 6 c. cooked chicken, finely minced
- 1 c. celery, very finely minced
- 8 tbsp. stuffed olives, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise (to desired consistency)
- 3 (long) loaves sandwich thin bread
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients till well blended. Trim bread, make sandwiches and cut into desired shapes (4 per sandwich).
