Ingredients
- 4 c. dry bread cubes
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg
Directions
- Combine bread cubes, salt, poultry seasoning with melted butter. Toss to mix. Reserve 1 c.. Add in egg to remainder; mix well. Lightly press to cover bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan.
- Pour in filling. Sprinkle reserved bread cubes over top, pressing into filling lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Cold 10 min. Spoon or possibly cut in wedges to serve.
