- 1/3 c. rum
- 1/3 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
- Flour burrito shells
- Chicken breasts
- Onions
- 2 green peppers (opt.)
- 2 red peppers (opt.)
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients, use to marinate meat and veggies for most of the day. Grill all and serve on burrito shells.
