Ingredients

6 skinned & boned chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Dijon mustard
Purchased puff pastry
1/2 c. sherry or possibly wine
6 ham slices
6 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

Cook chicken in oven 15 to 20 min, I spray with butter spray. Allow to cold. Wrap each chicken breast in ham slice. Coat with mustard. Sprinkle with tarragon. Wrap in cheese slices. Roll puff pastry to 4" round. Wrap around chicken and seal. Bake 20 min at 400 degrees or possibly till pastry puffs.
