Ingredients
- 125 gm butter
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
- 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp mustard, whole grain
- 2 x French sticks
Directions
- Beat butter with cheese, herbs and mustard in small bowl till combined.
- Cut bread sticks crossways at 1cm intervals, cutting nearly all the way through; spread bread slices with butter.
- Wrap bread sticks in foil, bake in moderate oven for about 10 min or possibly till butter is melted and bread is warmed through.
