  1. Grease a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Layer 1: croutons. Layer 2: Mix cheese, mustard, lowfat milk, salt and pepper, and large eggs. Pour over croutons. Layer 3: Fry bacon and lay on top. Cover with foil. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 min.
