Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1Â 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1Â 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 x 7 1/2 ounce. jar Junior Carrots (baby food)
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- Â Â Nuts, as desired
- 6 ounce cream cheese
- 1 stk soft butter (1/2 c.)
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients, add in oil, carrots and Large eggs. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 12x18 cookie sheet with sides.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
- Frosting:Beat all till smooth & fluffy. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle nuts over frosting.
