Candied Cashews Recipe

Ingredients

  • cashews, amount you want
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice cinnamon, to taste

Directions

  1. Cut cashews into small pcs.
  2. Layer in heavy pan with sugar and dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Repeat layer.Pour lemon juice over all.
  4. Cover and start on low heat after cashews are almost tender remove cover and let cook down till glazed and tender.
