Ingredients

  • 3 x Woodcock - (3 to 4) per person Lowfat milk Flour seasoned with Salt to taste, and Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Butter Sweet or possibly lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Split each bird, then dip into lowfat milk and dredge with seasoned flour. Brown in melted butter. Arrange in a shallow casserole and cover with sweet or possibly lowfat sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min, or possibly till tender.
