Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 pkt (1 lb) mochiko
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 5 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Coconut
Directions
- Preheat electric oven to 350 degrees F. Heat butter; cold. Combine mochiko, sugar and baking pwdr. Combine butter and remaining ingredients. Stir into mochiko mix; mix well. Pour into a 13 X 9 X 2-inch pan. Bake for one hour; cold.
