No not the country famous for Beer, Diamonds and Waffles, but a rather a tested method to make anyone eat Brussel Sprouts. Serve as a side to steak, chicken piccata, or just over steamed rice. Provided and tested by my good friend Brian Bedrosian.

So easy and so good for you. Gotta love brussels. Oven roasted are really delicious and with the ingredients listed above, oven roasting those brussels would be outstanding.

What a fantastic way to prepare! I made Brussels Sprouts this week for the first time.. used balsamic vinegar and shaved extra sharp white cheddar after I roasted them in the oven with EVOO and lemon pepper.

        Gotta try this recipe, though!

Simple and tasty. I used minced garlic instead of the powder. Still was delish!
