Ingredients
- 1 box minced spinach
- 1 box minced broccoli
- 1 box Cream cheese (8 ounce.)
- 1/2 stk butter salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the vegs (I just put them all togeather)
- Drainblend in cream cheese and melted butter (although recipe calls for 1/2 stick, I use just one stick for 5 x's the recipe)
- Put in caserole dishcook 350 for 30 to 60 mins (depending on how many boxes you used)
- Can be topped with buttered croutons but who bothers!
- Sandi Says: This is my family's favorite vegetable. My niece calls it "plants". It's so easy and can be multiplied!!
