Name: Blue Cheese Fondue
Ingredients: 1 x 4 ounce pkg Treasure Cave blue cheese crumbled; 1/2 c. dry white wine; 1 x 8 ounce pkg cream cheese cubed; 8 ounce Monterey jack cheese cubed; 1 Tbsp. kirsch (cherry brandy)

1 x 4 ounce pkg Treasure Cave blue cheese crumbled
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 x 8 ounce pkg cream cheese cubed
8 ounce Monterey jack cheese cubed
1 Tbsp. kirsch (cherry brandy)

Directions

Heat wine and cream cheese, stirring till cheese melts. Add in Monterey jack cheese, a little at a time, stirring constantly. Blend in blue cheese. When smooth, add in kirsch. Serve with dippers of French bread, fresh fruit or possibly vegetables.
