- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese (2 ozs.)
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar">wine vinegar or possibly white vinegar
Directions
- In a blender, combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, garlic and vinegar. Cover and blend till smooth.
