Directions
- Filling:1 c. powdered sugar8 ounces cream cheese12 ounces Cold Whip(r)
- 1 large package vanilla instant pudding 1 large package chocolate instant pudding 3 c. cool lowfat milk
- Crust: combine flour, sugar, and pecans. Cut in margarine till crumbly.
- Press into 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 min.
- Cold.
- Filling: beat together powdered sugar and softened cream cheese. Mix in half of Cold Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Beat till thickened both pudding mixes with lowfat milk. Spread on cheese mix. Spread remaining Cold Whip on pudding. Refrigerateovernight.
- Optional: sprinkle grated chocolate bar on top.
