Ingredients
- 1 pkt chocolate cake mix
- 1 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkt instant chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size)
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Remove a spoonful of cake mix and use to coat the chips and nuts, set aside.
- Combine dry cake mix, Large eggs, oil, water, vanilla, pudding mix and lowfat sour cream. Mix well. Mix in reserved chips and nuts. Pour into a greased 10 inch tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. or possibly till cake tastes done. Cold and frost (or possibly drizzle it with a white confectioner's sugar glaze).
