Ingredients
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 c. water
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Boil rice in water for 5 min. Drain water. Add in lowfat milk and butter. Cover and cook on top of stove over low heat for 1 hour. Stir once every 15 min. Then add in 2 well beaten Large eggs, sugar, raisins and vanilla. Pour into serving bowl or possibly custard c.. Serve warm or possibly cool. Serves 8.
