Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tbsp. sugar or possibly less to taste
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients. Cut in the shortening. Add in lowfat milk. Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
