  1. Pour melted butter over sugar in a bowl and beat till smooth and creamy. Add in the Large eggs, beating one at a time, into the mix. Sift the baking soda through the flour and add in the salt and add in to the cake mix. Stand the dough in a cool place for an hour. Roll out on a floured board, quite thin. Cut into small rounds or possibly other shapes. Sprinkle with sugar and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 min.
