Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese Beer Catsup

Directions

  1. Put cheese through a meat grinder or possibly grate into a large bowl. Mix cheese with catsup and beer till mix is right for a dip. Chill. Take out an hour before the party so it will be ready to serve.
  2. Serves 20 to 25
