  2. b. Roast the onions, eggplants , courgettes and peppers in the oven, then dice.
  3. c. Grill the beef fillet.
  4. d. Add the sauted leeks to the mash potato.
  5. e. Saute the asparagus and roasted vegetables .
  6. f. Bring the beef sauce to the boilthen on the side incorporate
