Ingredients

  • 12oz (30gr) ground beef
  • 2 cups sliced Savoy cabbage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4oz (120gr) pimientoes, chopped
  • 3oz, (90gr) feta, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Greek olives, chopped
  • 1 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (4oz, 120gr) beef stock
  • Barley:
  • 1/2 cup (2.8oz, 80gr) quick-cooking barley
  • 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) beef stock
  • 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) water
