Ingredients
- 1 x 5 lb sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 clv garlic
- 1 x chopped onion
- 1 c. honey
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well. This can be done in a food processor. Marinate meat for at least 8 hrs. Remove meat from marinade & grill over very warm fire. Heat leftover marinade & pour over grilled meat if you like. The sauce is also good on ribs or possibly chicken
