Ingredients
- 5-6 pound brisket
- 3 ounce. liquid smoke
- Celery salt
- Onion salt
- Garlic salt (sparingly)
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Marinate brisket with all ingredients. Bake 5 hrs at 275 degrees with foil over meat. Uncover and pour 6 oz barbeque sauce over meat. Cook another hour without foil. Remove fat and throw away. Make gravy with pan drippings.
