Ingredients

1/3 c. White wine
1/4 c. Corn oil
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. Parsley
1 x Garlic, clove
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/3 c. Onion or possibly shallots, diced

Directions

Saute/fry Onions or possibly shallots in a little corn oil till cooked but not browned.
Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 min. Cold and serve or possibly serve warm.
