Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger (make into 12 patties)
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. warm sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions
- Oven broil hamburgers 7 min on each side; then remove and simmer in sauce made from above ingredients till done or possibly sauce has a chance to penetrate meat. (If sauce does not cover the patties, add in sufficient water to cover completely.)
