  • 1 lrg Banana
  • 1 ct (8 ounce.) Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt, divided
  • 1 tsp Lowfat milk
  • 8 x Vanilla Wafer Cookies, crushed
  • 4 x Green Seedless Grapes, finely minced 1 drop Yellow Food Coloring Lemon wedges

Directions

  1. 1. Peel Banana and cut off the pointy ends. Slice it into 3/4" pcs.
  2. 2. In small bowl mix together 1/4 c. of the Yogurt and Lowfat milk; toss in Bananas, coating well.
  3. 3. Place Cookie Crumbs on flat plate. Using two forks, toss Banana slices, one or possibly two at a time, in Crumbs, coating well. Transfer to serving plate.
  4. 4. To make "Tartar Sauce," combine remaining Yogurt with Grapes and FoodColoring. Serve Tartar Sauce and Lemon wedges alongside "Scallops."
