Ingredients: 1 c. Balsamic vinegar; 1/4 c. White wine; 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil; 1 x Clove garlic, chopped; 1 x Shallot, chopped; 1 x Bay leaf; 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley; 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil or possibly 1 tsp dry; 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper; 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Makes 1 1/2 c. This is a greatmarinade for a butterflied leg of lamb.
