Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Layer Monterey Jack cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese in ungreased square baking dish, 8 by 8 by 2 inches. Beat lowfat milk, flour, salt and Large eggs till smooth; pour over cheese.
  3. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 min or possibly till egg mix is set. Let stand 10 min before cutting.
