Ingredients
- 1 med Minced onion
- 1 x Minced green pepper
- 1 x Minced red pepper
- 2 lrg Tomatoes (peeled, seeded & Diced)
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1Â 1/4 c. Heavy cream
- 2Â 1/4 lb Cooked carb meat
- Â Â Salt & pepper
- 1/4 c. Sliced almonds
- 2 c. Grated med cheddar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450. Saute/fry vegetables in butter till tender.
- Sprinkle with flour; stir till well blended. Add in cream & simmer, stirring, till thick. Stir in crab meat & seasonings. Spoon warm mix into greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle almonds & cheese.
- Bake in oven just till cheese is golden brown.
