Makes a tasty side dish with Chicken, Fish almost any main entrée.

  • One can 14 ounce niblet corn (drained)
  • one egg beaten
  • s & p, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Panko
  • Drizzle of Canola Oil
  • Dash of Garlic powder
  • Dash of Onion Powder

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add drained corn, using a fork mash corn kernels, add beaten egg, panko, s & p, onion and garlic powders and mix well, add panko.
  2. Using clean hands form patties and place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan, drizzle with canola oil
  3. Place in a hot 425 F oven and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown
  4. I serve this with a ranch dressing, you can use any dipping sauce you love
  5. Enjoy!
