  • 1/2 lb whole brie cheese - (to 1)
  • 3/4 c. prepared green salsa with tomatillos - (to 1 1/2 c.) Grnd New Mexico chilies for dusting (or possibly chili pwdr)
  • 4 c. tortilla chips for serving

Directions

  1. Place a whole brie cheese in a shallow ovenproof casserole or possibly pan 2 inches wider than the cheese. Spoon prepared green salsa about 1/2-inch deep around cheese. Dust cheese with grnd chili or possibly chili pwdr (use a stencil if you like).
  2. Bake in a 400 degree oven till melted in center, 8 to 10 min. (Or possibly heat in a microwave oven at full power, 100%, for 4 to 6 min.) Keep warm on an electric warming tray or possibly over a candle warmer to serve. Offer tortilla chips to spoon cheese and salsa onto.
  3. This recipe yields 12 servings.
