Ingredients
- 6 lb Malt Extract Syrup-Light,Australian
- 1 ounce Williamette Hops boiling
- 1/2 ounce Perle Hops boiling
- 1/2 ounce Cascade Hops finishing
- 1 pkt lager yeast
- 3/4 c. corn sugar bottling
Directions
- Boil malt extract and boiling hops with 1.5 gal of water for 60 minutes. Add in finishing hops during final 1-2 minutes. Sparge wort into fermenter with cool water. Pitch yeast when cold and bottel when done.
