Australian Spring Snow Golden Lager Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 lb Malt Extract Syrup-Light,Australian
  • 1 ounce Williamette Hops boiling
  • 1/2 ounce Perle Hops boiling
  • 1/2 ounce Cascade Hops finishing
  • 1 pkt lager yeast
  • 3/4 c. corn sugar bottling

Directions

  1. Boil malt extract and boiling hops with 1.5 gal of water for 60 minutes. Add in finishing hops during final 1-2 minutes. Sparge wort into fermenter with cool water. Pitch yeast when cold and bottel when done.
