Name: Apple Streusel Cheese Cake
Ingredients: 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs; 1/4 c. sugar; 6 T melted butter; 3 peeled and cubed apples; 1/4 c. brown sugar; 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon; 12 ounce cream cheese, softened; 2 teaspoon vanilla; Healthy pinch of salt; 6 - 8 ounce whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip; 1/3 c. sugar; 1/2 stick softened butter; 2/3 c. flour; 2/3 c. sugar; 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 T melted butter
3 peeled and cubed apples
1/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 teaspoon cinnamon
12 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoon vanilla
Healthy pinch of salt
6 - 8 ounce whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick softened butter
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Put together and press firmly into pie plate. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool.
Mix and saute in butter, covered 15 to 20 min. Set aside to cool.
Blend sugar and salt into softened cheese and then add in remaining ingredients. Mix in cooled apples and pour mix into pie crust. Top with crumb topping.
Blend till crumbly texture and sprinkle on top of pie. Chill 2 hrs to set.
