Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. minced apples, raw
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Sift flour, measure and resift with baking pwdr, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Beat egg, lowfat milk and oil; pour into dry ingredients; then add in apples and mix. Then put into well greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix together topping to make a crumbly mix and sprinkle on top batter. Bake in 325 degree oven approximately 25 min or possibly till tester comes out clean.
