Ingredients
- 2 lb carrots
- 1 c. regular or possibly fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 lb raisins
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
Directions
- Slice carrots thinly (use a food processor). Mix with remaining ingredients.
