Ingredients
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 3 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 3/4 c. shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/3 c. sesame seeds
- 6 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 6 Tbsp. dark brown sugar - (packed)
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. golden brown raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Lightly spray rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Toss oats and next 3 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk syrup, brown sugar, oil, 2 Tbsp. hot water and salt in small bowl to blend. Pour syrup mix over oat mix and stir to combine.
- Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Bake till proportionately browned, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour 15 min. Cold. Transfer to large bowl. Fold in raisins. (Can be made 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.)
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
