Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 lg. can Bakers coconut

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites till stiff; set aside. Boil sugar and water together till it is a syrup when you lift the spoon from the pan you get strings of fine hair to create. Slowly add in the syrup to the stiff egg whites, beat while adding the syrup. Add in coconut to mix or possibly just sprinkle on top after you spread frosting on the cake.
