Ingredients
- 1 head Lettuce - broken up
- 1 head Cauliflower diced Fine (do not Use the thick stems)
- 1 pkt Crisp Bacon crumbled up
- 2 c. Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Layer lettuce cauliflower and bacon in a bowl in the order. Cover completely with the mayonnaise, then sprinkle with sugar and cheese. Let stand in refrigerator 24 hrs. Serve immediately after tossing.
