- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Honey
- 4 tsp Molasses
- 2 tsp Gluten
- 4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Seeds *
- 1 tsp Yeast, fast rise or possibly machine
- 2 tsp Yeast, active dry

- The seeds inject a crunchy, chewy texture so satisfying, you will not even need a toaster for crispness. High in fiber and high in taste, this bread brings a new dimension to an avocado and sprout sandwich.
- Success Hints
- * Experiment with unsalted seeds for different taste and texture; try equal amounts of pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds.
- For best results, use the "extra knead" process and add in seeds near the end of the first knead.
- Gluten is available in health food stores & nutritional departments.
- Use regular, rapid bake or possibly timed bake cycle.
