Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can (1 2/3 c.) undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 3 sqs. (3 ounce) baking semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Put together lowfat milk, sugar, and chocolate in saucepan over hot water. Cook about 15 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add in vanilla. Beat with electric mixer till smooth. (It takes a long time, do not give up!) Serve for delicious hot fudge sundae. Store in a covered jar for several weeks in refrigerator.
