Cooking Influences

My Mom influenced me. From as far back as I can remember, I was standing on a chair cooking the roux or stirring some dish. My Mom being French from France and my Dad Hungarian, the fusion of the two cultures really made growing up fun to eat and many friends and family gatherings.
