We are Ken and Patti Fisher. We do “Back Yard BBQ”. What that means is that we do BBQ that anyone can do at home or tailgating. Anywhere you can set up your grill.

We love the quiet and stress free atmosphere on our patio, where we enjoy a fire in the old cast iron stove. I call it "Fire For Effect"
And, there is a lot to be said for firing up the grill. Most people don't realize that wood pellet cooking is a healty and lower fat style of cooking. None of the bad stuff from charcoal or gas, just natural wood pellets that add lots of flavor to your food. Once you have tasted foods done on a pellet grill you will not want to grill or BBQ any other way.
We enjoy a nice assortment of grills: Memphis Wood Fire Grills/Smokers both the Elite and Pro, Royall wood pellet grills / smokers, Traeger, Char-Broil, CharmGlow, Brinkman, Weber and we use them all.
